Appointment Texta app for iPhone and iPad

Send your clients/customers a text or email reminding them of an upcoming appointment a day or week in advance...

Appointment Texta links into your devices calendar so you can set alerts, notifications and alarms using the calendar features.

HOW TO USE:
Open App

Press + in top right hand corner

NAME: Enter Client/Customer name

LOCATION: Enter your business name

Set start date/time of appointment

Set end date/time of appointment

Press + in top right hand corner

Press in the area of your customer/clients name

ASSIGN CONTACTS

Press + in top right hand corner

Press YES if client/customer number or email address is in your address book or NO if entering a random number or email address.

If you press YES find your contact in your list and press on either their mobile number or email address.

If you press NO enter the client/customer’s name
Enter the client/customer’s mobile number or email address.

Press < to add more appointments.

If you wish to send a reminder to a client/customer more than 24 hours in advance you can utilise the aeroplane symbol in the top left hand corner of the main page. When you locate the appointment you wish to send press this symbol and text or email your client/customer.


This information is now stored in your phone’s calendar and you can utilise your calendar devices to
Set alarms to repeat at desired times
Send invites
Alerts for you to send out your Appointment Textas

When you open the app you will be prompted by a message asking if you wish to send all reminders. You can select either YES/NO.

To delete an appointment slide your finger on the appointment on main page and delete.
